Janitorial Cleaner - Floater (Variable Hour PT)--Variable Hour (PT) Cleaning Job - (Pay starting at $15.50 to $17.00 per hour - Based on Experience)-- We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning position in office buildings located in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas-- PartTime Position: Days and hours of service will vary depending on customer needs, (Day and Evening Hours - Monday Thru Saturday). As a Floater, your role is to work in multiple locations, often to fill vacancies, cover leave of absences and take on emergency work.-- A Floater is responsible for the following:*Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying trash cans.--*Ensure cleaning practices are safe and efficient--*Perform janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope for each location--*Use appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks*Provide A Level of Service That Meets Company's Quality Standard-- Duties and Responsibilities: *Office cleaning, Cleaning restrooms/kitchen, Vacuuming rugs, Dusting surfaces, Trash removal-- *Sweeping and mopping floors, Glass cleaning/mirrors, Stocking paper products-- **All Cleaning Supplies and Equipment Provided***-- *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.
