Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a part time Contract Administrator. This role manages contract compliance, vendor bid/selection, cost/benefit tracking. Responsible for vendor relationships, vendor performance management and performance evaluations. Will work in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes some customer and executive contacts. Management of projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:*Prepare sales and purchase orders* Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners* Review and update existing contracts* Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)* Maintain organized system of physical and digital records via Smartsheets and G-SuiteRequirementsMust meet the minimal following criteria:* BS degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law and/or project management helpful* Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or equivalent role* Broad knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts and purchase orders* Familiarity with QuickBooks and generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP)* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors* Strong analytical and organizational skills* Previous experience in Smartsheets, QuickBooks, G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides), Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Tableau and Slack helpfulHighlightsAs a Kelly employee, you'll have access to world-class perks, including:-Kelly-sponsored Affordable Care Act health care coverage available to eligible employees-Group insurance options*-Service bonus plan-Holiday pay plan-Weekly electronic pay optionsWhy Kelly--?At Kelly
