Position Summary:
Penske is seeking highly qualified individuals for our Outbound Telephone Sales Representative position, answering incoming and making outgoing calls regarding household moving needs.

We need ambitious, competitive, and highly self-motivated individuals who want to advance their career with an innovative and growing company.

We are looking for customer focused individuals who are driven to sell! This is a great opportunity for those with prior sales experience/sales training and offers a base salary with uncapped commission.

In most cases, these positions will begin as temporary full-time assignments with the opportunity to become regular fulltime based on business need and performance.

Requirements:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from multiple sources from qualified leads. No cold calling
  
• Ability to apply knowledge and use resources to provide customers with services that fit their needs
  
• Ability to learn and execute selling techniques
  
• Embrace learning and is eager to apply knowledge to meet or exceed sales goals
  
• Attend weekly conference calls with field locations to become subject matter expert on inventory and pricing.

      • High school diploma or equivalent required, and Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
        
      • Overcome objections and use negotiations skills to get the sale.

      • Ability to provide a legendary customer experience by connecting and providing solutions to all customers required
        
      • Must be able to meet and exceed department and company sales goals
        
      • Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers required.
        
      • Basic math, logic, geography and problem solving skills as well as the ability to follow specific instructions are also required
        
      • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
        
      • Ability to work flexible hours with some holidays required
        
      • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
