Manager - Sales Growth Strategies

This position can be based in Reading, PA or Beachwood, OH
The Manager of Sales Growth Strategies will lead Marketing efforts
in Logistics Sales by centralizing targeted email campaigns,
working with the Marketing Department on sales initiatives,
administering Salesforce.com to support marketing campaigns, and
coordinating sales events and related marketing efforts. This role
will have ownership of sales content, mobile sales solutions, and
social selling programs for the PL sales team. There is a
dotted-line management of Logistics PreSales Specialist team and
close alignment with the Manager of Sales Solutions.
Identify targeted prospecting opportunities for Sales team. Lead
special campaign strategies. Develop a strategy with PTL Sales to
identify and support joint pursuit opportunities.
Manage content control by centralizing and organizing content
storage. Ensure relevancy, timeliness and accuracy of content.
Standardize and control content delivery methods. Establish a
Content Committee and facilitate regular meetings to review and
revise company content. Ensure LPS team has relevant content
required for sales support.
Support sales events by working with Marketing to coordinate and
manage related marketing activities.
Ownership of mobile sales solution and approved content. Manage
continued improvement opportunities and maintenance of this tool.
Coordination with vendor, users and internal owners of the
Salesforce compliance and Intranet support.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or Business required
5-7 years of experience in Logistics Sales or Operations
3 years of experience in Marketing or Campaign Management
3 years of experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce
