Position Title: Installer Millwork & Decor (Finish Carpenter) Position Type: Fulltime Reports To: Manager of Field Services Why Precise? Our group of innovative designers, engineers, fabricators and project managers collaborate to design and build national projects with high visibility. Customers include Weis Markets, ShopRite, Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Main Squeeze Juice Co., Launch Trampoline Parks, and various regional construction and general contracting firms. Installation and assembly of site-specific materials wallpaper, vinyl graphics, signage, cabinetry, countertops, wall paneling, etc. Interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and design drawings to determine placement and installation methods of material Uses various hand and power tools to install materials following manufacturer and company installation specifications. Represents themselves and Precise in a professional manner at all times Works collaboratively with all members of the Precise team, subcontractors, and clients Extensive travel to nationwide site locations. What you bring to the table. Millwork and Casework installation (3+ years experience) Basic Carpentry (3+ years experience) OSHA 30 Hour Card issued within last 5 years Flexibility to adjust schedule based upon customer or business needs, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required Meticulous attention to detail and organization Motivated, flexible, dependable, excellent problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand floor plans or blueprints Experience with applicable hand and power tools tape measure, saws, drills, levels, etc. Experience operating various heavy equipment Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Fork Lift, Pallet Jack, etc. Comfortable working from heights up to 30 feet Must be able to perform repetitive bending, standing and walking, and be able to lift, push and pull materials up to 50-75 pounds Must be able to work with little supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines Valid Drivers License Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening Disclaimer: The duties of this position may change from time to time.
