Performance Coach position will have crossover between Plumbing,
HVAC and Electrical departments. The Performance Coach position
offers a base salary plus bonus potential and comes with amazing

PLUMBING PERFORMANCE COACH:
1:1 with direct reports Ride along
with direct reportsImplement and continual coaching of service
system Assist in calculating goals, planning, and budgetingMonitor
goals and ride along with techs not reaching goalCoach and train
technicians individually and in group meetingsHire service
techniciansInspect truck stock, uniform, and truck
cleanlinessResearch new products and communicate Pricebook
updatesReview disciplinary actions as neededPrepare service manager
weekly report for supervisor Develop Contests and promotions with
supervisor and marketing department Review Department KPI's and
develop action plan - -QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING PERFORMANCE
COACH:
Industry knowledge (plumbing, HVAC
and electrical) and experience requiredSales Experience
preferredPrior experience managing residential home services
-technicians preferredA valid driver's license -and a clean driving
record is required for this position. -Must be able to pass a drug
screen and criminal background check.Top-notch leadership skills
that motivate others -Strong customer care skillsOrganized and
detail-oriented -Experience leading a team with KPI'sProficiency
with technology including iPads, computers, Google, and Microsoft
