Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
--- Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries for missed pick-ups,
misplaced containers and property damage.
--- Assist driver(s) when a pick up or delivery is in question before servicing.
--- Ability to schedule and dispatch workers outside the place of business.
--- Receives and responds to telephone inquiries. May supply information
to callers, records and relays messages.
--- Ability to perform relief driving duties for Front Load, Roll-off, Residential
and Container Delivery - CDL HOLDER ONLY
--- Able to operate automatic & manual transmission truck over 26,000 lb. - CDL HOLDER ONLY
Requirements:
--- High School/GED.
--- Valid Commercial license is preferred but NOT required.
--- No more than one (1) moving violations in the last three years. CDL HOLDER ONLY
--- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience is required. CDL HOLDER ONLY
--- No more than two jobs in the last three years.
--- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
--- Computer experience to include Word and Excel is a plus.
--- Payroll record keeping is a plus.
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
--- Ability to communicate on two-way radio system and interact with customers.
--- Work flexible hours to include weekends, holidays and early mornings.
--- Routing experience and knowledge of servicing area and surrounding areas a plus.
--- Self-starter, must be a highly motivated individual. Experienced handling high stress situations. Able to work with minimal supervision.
