mission.As a Lead Content Architect, Medical Writing working on the
Content Management team, you will be empowered to support
development of structured content standards and related
processes.POSITION OBJECTIVES:Supports development of structured
content standards and related processesMaintains and configures the
evolving Structured Content Management (SCM) PlatformWorks with the
Content Management (CM) team, IT and functional leads to understand
business needs and implement information models, metadata
structures and workflows in the SCM platform Works with Content
Stewards to configure new document types and use casesWorks with
technical teams to support integrations with other systemsPOSITION
ACCOUNTABILITIES:Collaborate with the Content Management Team Lead
to define objectives for content structure, information models,
metadata and content reuse.Works with the Content Management team
to implement the business configuration of the SCM platform. The
Content Architect will develop and provide key expertise in the
configuration of the Intelinotion SCM tool.Work with
cross-functional and technical teams on initiatives related to data
governance and integration of the SCM platform.Support the
development and maintenance of the content structure and associated
information model for R&D DocumentsParticipate in tool
development cycles including requirements, functional
specifications, and user acceptance testingEnsure the Integrity of
end-to-end data and information flow within the SCM toolEstablish
and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners at
Takeda related to interdependent efforts and projectsUnderstand use
of generated documents in other systems such as document
repositories and publishing toolsEDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or related experience is required3+
years experience in a Clinical Research related field (Data
Management, Programming, Clinical IT, Clinical Operations, Medical
Writing or Medical Writing Operations) or related experienceStrong
attention to detailDemonstrated ability to lead teams and work
groupsAbility to work independently, takes initiative, and complete
tasks and make deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication
skills, ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of
the organization with strong negotiation skillsExperience in
digital transformation, as well as experience clinical data
systemsExperience in Microsoft Office applicationsBase Salary
Range: $101,500 -$145,000, based on candidate professional
experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short Term and
Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to
participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k),
Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation,
