Maintenance Systems Coordinator MAIN PURPOSE Myerstown site is seeking to enhance and improve the site Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS. This resource will bring in the technical knowledge and expertise for the same and support the site in developing and maintaining the CMMS. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Maintenance Systems Coordinator, are to: Myerstown Product Supply Center key user of the CMMS: - Act as the primary contact for Myerstown site for all global communication of CMMS enhancements, and support existing and new system rollouts - Execute System and User Acceptance tests (SAT, UAT) for validation of CMMS bug fixes and system enhancements - Effectively communicate CMMS system enhancements/requests from Myerstown personnel with the global team(s) by writing Key User Stories, and presenting during global team phone conferences Manage Site Wide CMMS. Administering and maintaining the operation of the CMMS in respect to the maintenance work order system, the preventive maintenance system, and the various maintenance databases Provide on-site support for end users of the CMMS: - CMMS Database - Mobile CMMS Maintenance Execution application - Mango --- Appian mobile application Manage processing and distributing of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance notifications and work orders Create, modify, and distribute PM generation reports for all departments and monitor PMs through closure Maintain existing, and create new Maintenance Plans using CMMS and the Paperless Preventative Maintenance Systems Respond to inquiries on the status of maintenance work or other records as needed Responsible for processing Site Wide PM/Calibration Change Controls and/or ZT Ticket Notification requests and updating the CMMS database accordingly Create, prepare, modify and report as required/requested for the maintenance function, such as Maintenance Backlog Reports, In Service Equipment Reports Ensure data integrity standards within the CMMS are established and maintained Support site wide Technical Supervision by providing specialized maintenance reports to various departments on an as needed basis Provide support to end users and supervisors using the Paperless Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system Work directly with Technical Spare Parts team to: - Determine production site equipment spare parts and MRO requirements for new and existing production equipment based on experience, data analysis and where possible using a risk-based approach - Improve and maintain the Myerstown spare parts management processes and comply with globally defined workflows within the Product Supply System - Ensure proper organization of technical documentation for equipment and technical spare parts - Ensure proper spare part identification for equipment and build equipment Bills of Material (BOMs) Monitors and evaluates reliability strategies and KPIs at the department level, with frequent communication between global functions and the local site Strategically support department compliance/quality objectives within relevant operations: including Deviations, RCA and CAPA, support for FDA and internal regulatory audits Excellent telephone and written correspondence is required between incumbent and management at local and corporate levels for the purpose of relaying matters from / to plant staff to various departments Maintain training records Set-up and coordinate training for the department. Ensure all training is recorded in the appropriate forms and software Manage Deviations related to Facilities, Utilities, and Calibrations LifeDoc Coordinator May perform other duties as assigned WHO YOU ARE Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE (Leadership Integrity Flexibility Efficiency) values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Competent understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) required Excellent computer skills required, including ability to operate Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Access, and Excel) SharePoint Demonstrated ability to manage work in an organized manner, manage multiple priorities, work independently, and with a team, and organize and maintain accurate files and provide excellent customer service Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and have the ability to interact with customers at multiple sites and all levels of site management Preferred Qualifications: --------------------- College background is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry/business with SOPs preferred Experience with SAP/P2R preferred YOUR APPLICATION Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
