SERVICES LEADER BWe are currently recruiting for the position of
NO. Plant Services Leader (Bakery Focus). - 4 DAYS/WEEK.This
position, which reports to the Plant Services Supervisor, is
responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily work activities
of NO Plant Service's personnel. The incumbent will prioritize
assignments, troubleshoot problems, and follow up with Machine
Cleaners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. In
addition, the jobholder will maintain ongoing communication with
other Departments to discuss issues and provide updates on Plant
Services activities. Other duties include working with SAP Work
Order System, maintaining accurate and timely Plant Services
records, conducting and documenting Sanitary / Food Safety
Inspections, working with computers, developing work instructions,
and overseeing any Plant Services activities, including Allergen
Clean-ups. This position will be asked to support continuous
improvement activities such as 5S, Standard Work, Lean/ Six Sigma,
and other duties as assigned by the department supervisor or
manager.Candidates for this position must possess industrial
sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment and have
demonstrated leadership abilities. Three years previous sanitation
experience is preferred, comparable experience within the food
industry will be considered. Additional qualifications include
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as
computer literacy, superior training and team development
skills.Approximate working hours for this position are: Four days
per week. Schedule is: Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday. 6:45pm
- 7:00am. Because hours will vary with the production schedule,
flexibility to work alternate schedules is required. Availability
for overtime work is essential to support other leaders' absences
and scheduled vacations. Working during Plant holidays is
required.Candidate selection will be based on ability to perform
the job, which will be determined on the basis of a personal
interview. In addition, the job candidate's safety record,
disciplinary record, quality of work, peer relationships, job
performance, previous work history and experience will also be
