What You’ll Do: As a Service Technician , you'll run residential service calls—performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll explain issues clearly, provide options without pressure, and help homeowners make confident, informed decisions. This role is about solving problems, building trust, and taking pride in work that lasts.
