Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all guests of The Shops at The Hotel Hershey.This is a part-time year round position. The schedule for this position is based on operational needs and may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.Job Functions:

Conduct business with guests with a smile, enthusiasm and professionalism
Enter sales into POS system
Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions
Assist the Manager and Supervisors with store opening and closing procedures
Exhibiting thorough product knowledge and upselling techniques to guests
Answer guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone, in a professional and timely manner
Inspecting merchandise to insure quality prior to sale
Assisting in inventory counts and shrink prevention
Following safety and cleanliness standards
Communicating special requests to the Manager
Perform other duties as assigned
