Job Description:
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
- This position is responsible for order processing from receipt of
order, purchasing, order management, through delivery of goods, and
final invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking and following-up on product delivery issues with
customers and internal staff to exceed customer expectations in
resolution with replacement parts and repair.
- Issue customer credits
- Order writing & follow-up
- Report updates
- Order placement, goods receipting, and invoicing of product via
SAP with tracking in Excel
- Document processes via MS Word
Experience:
- Include the level of experience that is expected from the
candidate.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.) Word, Outlook
and they should have SAP experience as well.
Education:
- High School or BA
