Adecco is immediately hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative in Reading, PA .
**This is a Direct Hire Opportunity - you would be hired on Full Time with a company who has EXCELLENT benefits and great room for growth!
Salary: $52,000
General Hours: 8am - 5pm
Hybrid Schedule: M/F Remote, T/W/Th in Office

The Customer Service Representative III will provide intermediate level customer service/support functions, with an emphasis on telephone contact, answering customer questions about products, price and delivery, taking orders, and expediting orders.
QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  Associate degree required/Bachelor's preferred.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 3-5 years previous customer service experience.
  
  
• 
  Experience in a manufacturing environment .
  
  
• 
  SAP experience
  
  
• 
  Salesforce experience

  Pay Details: $52,000.00 PER YEAR
