Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Customer Care Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team, dedicated to championing state-of-the-art fire protection products. As a part of our committed team, you will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting the diverse range of innovative fire safety solutions tailored by Johnson Controls. Our ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional, passionate about advancing building safety and efficiency using cutting-edge technology. Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential leads within the fire protection market. Provide detailed information and demonstrations of fire protection products to prospective and existing clients. Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure outstanding service and repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively selling Johnson Controls’ suite of fire protection solutions. Stay informed of industry trends and product developments to enhance sales pitches and product offerings. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer specifications and needs are met. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote products and gather industry insights. Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to manage complex client relationships Technical understanding of fire protection systems and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite Capability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar Training in fire safety and protection products desirable
