What Youll Do: Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified leads (we set them for you!) Follow our proven, 5-step sales process no guesswork, just results Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling Maintain strong communication and report results promptly Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What Were Looking For: Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales Track record of $500K annual sales preferred Strong closer with great listening and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Willingness to work some evenings and weekends where the best opportunities are!
