UniFirst Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations and business activities in one of our regional branches. As a leader in workplace uniform and protective work wear clothing, UniFirst serves businesses across North America and Europe. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, driving sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence while adhering to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence, aiming to not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. Oversee daily operations of the branch while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Lead and develop a team of professionals to promote an environment of high performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Implement effective sales strategies and foster business growth through customer service excellence and new client acquisition. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Manage financial budgets, forecasts, and reports, and control expenses to optimize financial performance. Collaborate with the corporate office and other branches to share best practices and support the company’s overarching goals. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance In-depth knowledge of the professional services industry and market trends Ability to implement and oversee strategic business and sales plans 401k Medical Insurance Life Insurance Certified Manager Certification (CM) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
