Regional Sales Manager — New Jersey Mid-Atlantic Truck &
Equipment (MATE) Most people don’t think about what keeps their
town running — they just expect the trash to be picked up, the
streets to be clean, and the lights to come back on after a storm.
Behind those everyday expectations are the trucks and machines that
make it all possible. At MATE, we supply that equipment: street
sweepers, sewer cleaners, hooklifts, vac trucks, and other
specialized vocational vehicles that municipalities and contractors
rely on every day. We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own our
New Jersey territory — someone who understands heavy equipment or
vocational truck sales and wants more ownership, support, and
upside. This isn’t transactional sales. It’s relationship-driven,
consultative work with public works departments, fleet managers,
and contractors who depend on the right equipment to serve their

the right time can mean faster storm response, safer job sites,
cleaner neighborhoods, and stronger infrastructure. In this role,
you’re not just moving iron — you’re helping customers plan,
problem-solve, and invest wisely. You become a trusted partner and
the first call when they need a solution. What You’ll Gain Strong
compensation: Base salary plus guaranteed draw up to $125K in year
one, plus uncapped commission (top performers regularly exceed

role with real autonomy. Build and grow relationships across New
Jersey Meet with municipal and contractor customers to assess
equipment needs Demo units, develop quotes, and close deals Manage
your pipeline like a business owner Partner closely with our New
Castle, DE branch for parts, service, and operational support
You’ll have the backing of an established dealer while maintaining
the independence and earning potential of a high-level territory
rep. What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive here if you: Have direct
B2B experience selling heavy equipment or vocational trucks
Understand municipal sales cycles and public-sector procurement Are
mechanically inclined and comfortable discussing specs, hydraulics,
electrical systems, and performance details Enjoy being in the
field and building long-term customer relationships Build trust
quickly and naturally become your customer’s go-to resource Can
lift up to 50lbs, move comfortably around large equipment, and
maintain a clean driving record Are willing to obtain a CDL (we’ll
sponsor and support you) This is a remote role covering New Jersey,
with regular collaboration and equipment access through our New
