motivated professionals who: Have strong communication skills and
enjoy connecting with people Stay positive, even when they hear
“no” Are goal-driven and want more than “just a job” Take pride in
doing what’s best for the customer Have at least 1 year of
residential HVAC/service sales experience (preferred) Are coachable
and open to training that will sharpen their skills and boost
results WHAT YOU’LL DO Meet with homeowners to present heating,
cooling, and indoor air quality solutions Run scheduled sales leads
(including 2 evenings per week and rotating weekends) Collaborate
with technicians and managers to ensure jobs run smoothly Use
company-provided tools and pricing to design the right options for
each customer Deliver 6-star service that earns reviews, referrals,
and repeat customers WHAT YOU GET $100,000 earning potential
