hospital clinical lab experience required License: Valid state
license required Certifications: ASCP, ASCP-MLS preferred
Must-Have: Knowledge of Eflexis blood bank analyzer required
Experience with Siemens Atellica chemistry analyzer required Every

This position requires a Medical Lab Scientist with experience in a
hospital clinical lab setting. The candidate must have knowledge of
the Eflexis blood bank analyzer and Siemens Atellica chemistry
analyzer. The role requires performing tasks related to blood
banking, chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis. Candidates should
have experience with procedures such as ABO/Rh/Antibody screen,
crossmatch, and various automated and manual testing procedures.
Additional skills include proper specimen handling, reporting test
results, and quality assurance. Strong interpersonal skills are
beneficial, as is the ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a team. The position entails
participation in a weekend schedule every other week. A commitment
to compliance with safety protocols and proper disposal of
hazardous materials is necessary. The candidate should be
detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate documentation
and data integrity. Strong critical thinking skills are essential
