Job Description:
Exelon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Principal Project Manager to lead transformative energy projects
within our diverse energy generation portfolio. At Exelon, we are

cross-functional teams through complex projects, from
conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with our
strategic objectives and commitment to environmental stewardship.
Develop, plan, and implement energy projects with a focus on
sustainability and innovation, ensuring they meet all regulatory,
safety, and environmental standards. Lead cross-functional project
teams, maintaining collaboration between engineers, developers,
financial analysts, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
and within budget. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation
strategies to manage project risks effectively. Monitor project
progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on
measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Communicate
transparently with all involved stakeholders, including
presentation of project status and challenges to executive
management. Maintain budget control and manage project resources,
ensuring optimal use of materials and human capital. Champion best
practices in project management and contribute to the continuous
improvement of project management tools and processes within
Exelon. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP,
Agile, SCRUM) Strong leadership skills and experience in managing
large, multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills Robust analytical, problem-solving, and
organizational abilities Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and other
project management software Knowledge of the energy sector's
regulatory landscape Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification required. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
