Job Description Expanding neurosurgery program in the Salem, Oregon area is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their team for an exciting new role! The surgeons and current APPs are very open to training and are currently interviewing candidates with experience as well as new graduates. This position is a full-time Monday-Friday role with no call and no weekends, and will be primarily clinic-based with an option to occasionally assist in the OR, if interested. Responsibilities: Full-time permanent position - Outpatient, Neurosurgery Monday-Friday schedule No call, no weekends, no nights See new and follow up patients in the clinic, post-op management, consults, etc. Opportunity to first-assist in surgery in the future, if interested Collaborate and work alongside team of neurosurgeons and existing APPs and receive excellent training Qualifications: Oregon Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain) DEA License Experience in outpatient or surgical subspecialties Relevant clinical rotations and familiarity with neurosurgery Benefits: Highly competitive base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Malpractice insurance
