Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a critical function in the retention of our
customers. The Onsite Sales Specialist will be dealing with
customers, via phone, email and will-call. This position will
require up-selling techniques, product knowledge and strong
customer service skills.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Responsibilities:
Handle all Customer Pick-up (CPU) orders, all walk-in orders, which
will include taking, upselling, entering orders.
Receiving and processing payment of order.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Crossing products to ensure an order is complete.
Ensuring the security of merchandise in retail area and entering
customer data in a CRM.
Perform inside and outside sales functions including quoting, order
entry, follow-ups, and light customer visits.
Acting as the on-site wireless expert and supporting the
warehouse.
Perform other related duties in the warehouse as directed by
Supervisor or circumstances.
Regular and prompt attendance at work is a primary function and
requirement of this position.

Education
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), College
Degree preferred, but not required.
Experience
Knowledge of wireless products, construction and Telecom
industry.
Strong background in customer service and/or counter, phone and
face-to-face selling, preferred two (2) years of experience in the
Telecom industry.
At least one (1) year experience in Outbound/Shipping functions,
but not required.
Basic knowledge of picking and shipping procedures, including
carrier requirements.
The ability to correspond in a professional manner with both
internal and external customers.
Computer Skills
Will require extensive use of a computer. Previous experience
and/or training with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Order
Entry Database, Axapta and ITL.
Computerized shipping/tracking programs such as FedEx and UPS
Online.
General knowledge of how to use a calculator, scanner, copy
machine, fax machine, printer, telephone and various standard
office equipment.
Certificates & Licenses
Fork lift operator preferred, but not required.
Other Requirements
Must regularly lift and/or move up to thirty pounds, frequently
lift and/or move up to fifty pounds and occasionally lift and/or
move more than one hundred pounds.
Primary language used to perform this job is English.
